We are accomplished at helping companies navigate change. Growth is difficult in this economy; in many industries it’s hard to maintain existing positions. As principals, our backgrounds in managing companies, raising capital, providing capital and advising management provides an unusual range of experience, and we use it to drive results. Additional breadth comes from our ability to draw from a wide network of industry and functional experts to fill client needs.

Turnarounds require intense focus in assessing options to drive cash flow, improved operating results and needed capital. We roll up our sleeves with management and do what’s called for, working with banks, vendors, partners, investors, board members and staff to put together creative solutions to complex problems. These client relationships often transition to sale, merger or partnership; if so, we work with you to bring things across the finish line.
Companies looking for growth financing face a higher bar in the current capital markets. In our careers, we have put together the seed, “A” and “B” rounds as entrepreneurs; we have also written the checks as venture capitalist. The bar is high and we are very good at positioning companies to successfully compete for scarce equity capital.
